Commercial Blue — Facilities and Operations

Commercial Blue Inc. (“Commercial Blue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in brief, what information we collect through our websites, Lawn Care services, Customer Portal, agreements, and billing (collectively, the “Services”), and how we use and protect it. By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy does not replace the terms of any signed Commercial Blue service agreement.

Effective Date: November 3, 2026Last Updated: November 3, 2026

Information we collect

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity details — name, email, phone number, mailing and service addresses, and company name.
  • Account information — login credentials, profile details, plan and agreement status, and account activity.
  • Property and lawn details — property type and size, access and gate instructions, service preferences, pets, hazards, and service photos where applicable.
  • Service and scheduling records — appointments, crew assignments, work performed, completion status, delays, and service history.
  • Agreement records — agreement numbers, terms, pricing, and electronic-signature status.
  • Billing information — subscription and invoice status, payment amounts and dates, and limited card details (brand and last four digits) supplied by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Communications — emails, portal messages, and support inquiries.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages used, collected automatically when you visit our sites.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Set up and manage your account and service agreement;
  • Schedule, route, perform, and track your services;
  • Process payments, send invoices and receipts;
  • Send service reminders, status updates, and account notices;
  • Respond to your questions and resolve issues;
  • Protect our systems, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Payment processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe for payment processing and recurring billing. Card details you enter go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the transaction information needed to run your account.

Electronic agreements (DocuSign)

We use DocuSign to prepare and sign service agreements electronically. We share only what is needed to complete your agreement — such as your name, email, service address, and plan details. DocuSign maintains its own records under its own privacy practices.

Communications

We send operational messages about your account and services — agreement and signature requests, payment and invoice notices, service reminders, crew and completion updates, and weather or rescheduling notices — by email, portal notification, or text where authorized. Marketing messages are optional, and we honor opt-out requests. Essential account and service notices may still be sent while your account is active.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — payment processing, electronic signatures, hosting, authentication, email, scheduling, security, and accounting — and only as needed.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect our customers, personnel, and rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, as permitted by law.

Security and data retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption, and protected server-side credentials — to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information only as long as needed for your service relationship, contract and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your privacy choices

You may contact us to review, correct, or — where applicable law allows — request access to or deletion of your personal information. We may verify your identity first, and some records must be kept for contract, accounting, or legal reasons.

Cookies, children, and third-party sites

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to run our sites, keep you signed in, and understand usage. Where required by law, we provide additional notice or choices.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. Third-party websites and services we link to operate under their own policies, for which we are not responsible.

Updates to this policy and how to contact us

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is identified by the “Last Updated” date above. Commercial Blue is based in Florida and operates under applicable federal, state, and local law.
